5SGood environment5S- Jia Meiyin emphasizes on "5S" management. Good environment benefits professional habit shape, shaping professionalism. Jia Meiyin believes that it is our responsibility to create clean, safe and comfortable working environment, providing all necessary resources. The above we did is to create happy and comfortable working environment for each Jia Meiyin family member.

Notes: "5S" comes from the first letter abbreviation from Seir, Seiton, Seiso, Seikeetsu and Shitsuke. The first letter from the above five letters is S. thus, it is called 5S. Although 5S originates from Japan, it is popular among the whole world. At Jia Meiyin, we successfully accomplished 5S system establishment and each team member implements 5S from their hearts and brains. Every month, we evaluate individual 5S implementation results, which are closed to personal performances appraisal and promotions.

Equity-Here, everyone feels fair and caring atmosphere. We have flat management level rather than hierarchy one. We acknowledge and respect individual characters and beliefs. Everyone here feels we are a family and a team.

Equal communications are the essential base of Jia Meiyin cultures. Our Jia Meiyin cultures do not allow that any bureaucracy exists. Here our titles mean work responsibility differentiation. Our seniors and juniors team members trust and help each other. Every team member owns the right to frankly express their feelings and suggestions to their team leaders no matter good feelings or bad ones. At our Jia Meiyin weekly internal meeting, it is usual that frank and open “argument“ breaks out among team leaders and members. However no matter who s/he is, final solutions come from our discussion and from whole team recognition.

- Training- Jia Meiyin positions us as a learning-oriented team. We believe that training is an investment for team members and we pursue future return from training programmes. Jia Meiyin realizes that providing more training programmes will benefit team member career developments and also all team.
- Jia Meiyin establishes clear career development plan for each team member, pointing out their weakness and strength and where they develop towards in short term and long term. Promotion- personal achievement is also pursuit for our Jia Meiyin team. Jia Meiyin has been focusing on creating fair and efficient promotion platform and evaluation system for our team members. We pursue to establish a system to select suitable persons on fitting positions. If Jia Meiyin has vacant position, we prioritize to promote from our internal.
Meanwhile, Jia Meiyin has a scientific internal hiring and appraisal system. If we need talents we will deliver our position info to all Jia Meiyin staff, establishing internal info channel. Moreover, Jia Meiyin has complete evaluation system, providing 360 degree info for promotion.
