We believe that our Jia Meiyin internal training does benefit all our people talents. Here, although many of our team members do not obtain university degrees, we trust that our team members gain team recognition via our hard working and continuing studies.

From Jia Meiyin’s points of views, lack of related working experience and knowledge is not absolute keys if our team members grow up via their diligence for ability improvement. At Jia Meiyin, we encourage active learning and create plenty of training opportunities for each team member. If our team members possess study needs, they will enjoy appropriate training programmes. At current digital print industry in China, it is common that team member career development is not much paid attention. However, it is exceptional at Jia Meiyin because internal training has already become our essential culture and competitive advantages. Currently, most of our key management members benefit and grow up from our internal training programmes and systems. |
1、WHO |
The trainers are our team members and every week they demonstrate the real problems they occurred and share suitable solutions for the problems for the whole groups. This group discussion process is normally about ten or fifteen minutes. After this hot discussion, the best solution ways are recorded as video and saved at our Jia Meiyin college training folders, benefiting all new team members. The atmosphere during discussion is very easy going and the final discussed solutions are easily adopted by all team members. To some extents, our trainers are like organizers and their responsibilities are to encourage the whole team to participate. |
2、HOW

For us, our training essence is sharing. Our internal trainers share the professional knowledge and skills they learned from previous experiences and our Jia Meiyin libraries with our whole team weekly. Our internal trainers demonstrate real-happened cases including backgrounds and all participants discuss possible solutions. Even our discussion meeting invites our partners and customers or vendor to participate. During our discussion, neither authority nor hierarchies exists, and everyone openly shares their ideas and concerns. Only the recognized solutions is recorded no matter who proposes this. Although the final ways might not be the best optimized ones, it is our active way to solve problems with all team members’ supports. This is one of our most typical cultures at Jia Meiyin. This sharing atmosphere features our Jia Meiyin.

3、WHAT |
For the training plan, Jia Meiyin internal trainers arrange detailed Jia Meiyin training textbooks. Every month, operation manager and producing officer carefully discussed the needs from customer and our producing department. The training plans involve professional up-to-date software functions and detailed technique operation. For example, if team members find practical plug-in for Adobe, we will discuss its function and how to benefit our clients in our real situation. Sometimes our trainings also turn into brainstorming discussion on techniques. We pursue to find the most efficient ways to solve practical problems for our customers. This is the reason why we invite our partners, clients and vendors to participate. During the process, we discuss and share and everyone benefit from our internal training. From Jia Meiyin training, our partners, customers and vendors better communicate and mutually understand. This is the essential reason we are able to turn into our customers’ partners rather than vendors. |
